To make sure every partnership runs smoothly and delivers the best results for your winners, your supporters, and your cause, we’ve outlined the terms and conditions for our charity collaborations below.

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting community and charitable causes, Tilnak Fine Art Portraits is pleased to provide photography gift certificates for fundraising events.

To ensure the best experience for both your winners and our studio, we kindly ask all fundraising partners to agree to the following:

1. Winner Contact Details

   The charity/fundraising coordinator agrees to provide Tilnak Fine Art Portraits with the full contact details of the prize recipient(s) within 7 days of the event. This includes the recipient’s name, phone number, and email address.

2. Certificate Validity

   The gift certificate is valid for 90 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recipients are responsible for contacting the studio to arrange their portrait session.

3. Communication with Winners

   Tilnak Fine Art Portraits may contact winners directly to assist in redeeming their prize and to provide them with details about the experience. This avoids forgotten or lost gift certificates.

4. Non-Transferability

   Certificates are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Promotion

   Tilnak Fine Art Portraits reserves the right to use images from the portrait session for promotional purposes, subject to the client’s written consent.
