Charity Winners T&C:
(i)The winner must activate the voucher or certificate within 30 days of the event. (ii) Voucher or certificate can not be used as cash. (iii) Voucher or certificate cannot be combined from the same event to increase value. (iv) Voucher or certificate is not transferrable to other family members or friends. (v) Tilnak reserves the right to shoot on locations of their choice and producing products of their IP (Vi) Gift Cards can only be activated by TILNAK PTY LTD and can only be used to purchase wall art prints -we do not provide order of Digital images in lieu of prints

(i) Gift Cards can only be redeemed and used by the recipient, who's name is on the card. This card is not transferrable and only one card can be utilised per family, per shoot. (ii) Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency either cheque or credit card or any other services other than the entitlement. (iii) Gift Cards can only be activated by TILNAK PTY LTD and can only be used to purchase wall art prints -we do not provide order of Digital images in lieu of prints . (iv)This Gift Cards must be validated within the terms of the date of issue 30-60-90 days (see back of card for issue date)
The Studio of (TIL) adheres to the specific Codes of Ethics & Practices regulated by the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (A.I.P.P)
Deposits: A 20- 50% deposit is required upon ordering and balance is to be paid on completion. Production of orders generally take 4-6 weeks depending on enhancement requirements, Lnishes and framing. By request, we also make available our 12 month lay-by which is structured according to your monthly arrangement. We do not use an outside Lnancial institution for lay-bys. It is all handled internally. Please note: All orders are Lnal and if any package has been designed with discounts it cannot be changed or altered. if you need to change or reduce pricing will revert back to list price.
We do not offer any refunds on deposits made. Any monies paid in advance can only be credited with art prints. this is in accordance with the our terms of change of mind.

Copyright of all digital files and hard copies strictly remain the property TILNAK PTY LTD and can only be authorised byTILNAK PTY LTD directly, for reproduction purposes. Unless otherwise stated (TIL) is the sole author of the Photographs, The Photographs shall be TILNAK PTY LTD
interpretation, rather than a literal re-creation of any concepts or layouts provided to (TIL) by the client(s) or representative. Subject to the Licence, (TIL) retains the entire copyright in the Photographs at all times throughout the World.
Prints & digital copies will only be released by permission by TILNAK PTY LTD
By engaging (TIL) to photograph yourself and or family members, Firstly you do not sign an agreement but you agree and give permission per standard industry model release, that any content may be used for marketing, promotional or advertising purposes including and not withstanding images, testimonials or video production.
If you do not want (TIL) to use the content for our promotional purposes, you must submit in writing prior to shoot, your request to not permit (TIL) to use your imagery for the above purposes- art@tilnak.com
TILANK PTY LTD reserves all rights and can choose not to go ahead with a shoot if it deems the client is not or will not adhere to the copyright conditions or the terms and condition set out on this website.
Guarantees: 30 days reshoot-replace-refund guarantee. Tilnak Fine Art pieces are covered by this policy. If upon pick up, if any of our final artwork is either faulty or does not meet your expectations, please contact our support team within 30 days to resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction. We appreciate any feedback, positive or negative. We pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction.
